Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our classes, semesters, camps, and special events have limited capacity and require advance planning, staffing, and materials, the following cancellation policy applies to all registrations:

• Individual Classes: Non-refundable but may be transferred to another available class.

• Semesters: Refundable when cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the semester start date. Once a semester has started, registration is non-refundable. Missed or unused classes are not eligible for refunds or prorated credits.

• Special Events & Workshops: Tickets are transferable and refundable when cancellation is requested at least 10 days before the event. Cancellations within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.

• Camps: Camp registrations are non-refundable.

• Studio Cancellations: If Our Little Fingers cancels a class, event, or camp, families will be offered a transfer, studio credit, make-up opportunity, or refund, as applicable.
